Debby G. Linson, CRA

Deborah G. "Debby" Linson joined Neiman-Ross Associates in 2006 bringing more than fourteen years of appraisal experience to the firm. She is a certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser licensed in the State of Tennessee.

Debby attended Middle Tennessee State University with a study emphasis in business and accounting. She obtained her appraisal education from Continual Learning Institute, The Appraisal Preparatory School a division of TREES, Inc, McKissock, National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and The Appraisal Institute.

Debby specializes in residential real estate appraisals and is FHA approved. In addition to residential appraisals, she also provides commercial property appraisals. Her special interests include small churches and retail businesses. Experience in real estate sales as well as appraisals make real estate consulting another valuable asset to customers.
