Jill M. Hunt, MBA

Jill Hunt joined Neiman-Ross Associates in October of 2005. Jill serves as a financial analyst for the company with special focus on research, market analysis, financial analysis and business consulting for our valuation clients. She also leads marketing and business relationship efforts in conjunction with the Company's president, Bill Neiman.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hunt owned and managed a successful health care business. Jill has also held several management positions including a project management position at a large non-profit hospital in the Nashville area and a retail management position with one of America's largest department store, catalog, and e-commerce retailers.

Jill holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and a Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers, serving as secretary for the local Nashville chapter and pursuing her accreditation in Business Valuation. Jill is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Tennessee License #CG-3735 and has experience with the following types of valuation assignments:
