William J. Neiman, ASA

Mr. Neiman is co-founder, President, and the executive officer for business and tax related valuation services at Neiman-Ross Associates, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Neiman has over thirty years of valuation industry experience and his expertise spans a number of disciplines including appraisal studies for real estate collateral substantiation, property tax assessment, insurance placement and proof-of-loss, construction cost segregation, machinery and equipment valuation, business enterprise valuation, asset record keeping systems and other mortgage, tax and reimbursement related valuations.

Prior to founding N-RA, Mr. Neiman was Vice President-National Director of Tax Services and a member of the Senior Professional Panel at a valuation research company. In his ten years with this firm, Mr. Neiman was instrumental in the development of the firm’s healthcare and tax services practice.

A senior member of the American Society of Appraisers, Mr. Neiman holds the ASA professional designation. He was also an active member of The National Association of Accountants and has conducted numerous professional seminars on tax and appraisal topics. Mr. Neiman is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Tennessee License #CG-736 and is a Registered Agent with the Tennessee State Board of Equalization.
